Job Title: Waiter / Food Server.
Location: Muscat, Sultanate of Oman (City Centre Muscat).
Contract Type: Full-time.
Nationality: For all nationalities (job opportunities for foreigners and citizens in Oman).
Job Responsibilities
A. Customer Experience and Reception
Receiving customers with a leading smile based on the menus.
Providing a thorough explanation of ingredients (especially French baked goods and sweets) to assist customers in their selection.
Taking orders accurately and recording them correctly in the system.
B. Teamwork
Direct and effective communication with the kitchen staff and the “Barista” (coffee preparer) to ensure orders are always served in record time and at the required temperature and quality.
Must maintain timing and a smooth workflow within the team.
C. Quality and Cleanliness Standards
Preparing tables and coordinating utensils according to “Paul” global standards before and after customers.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the work area, the general appearance of the café, and upholding food safety.
D. Financial Transactions and Reports
Calculating customer bills accurately and coordinating them with the Cashier.
Reporting immediately to the duty manager in case of any comments or complaints from customers to ensure an immediate solution.

Required Qualifications and Application Conditions

Education: The minimum requirement is a High School Diploma.
Experience: Preference is given to those with 1 to 2 years of experience in the field of customer service or restaurants.
